HUMAN BIORHYTHM
The months of the Universal Calendar are based upon the human biorhythm of 28-day months and the year is based upon the beginning of civilization.
A regular year consists of 365 days and includes 14 months, and, the 14th month consists of one Moon Day.
The Leap Year aligns the imprecise distortions of the movement of light in spacetime with a mathematical adjustment every four years.
Leap Year consists of 366 days and is calculated at the end of the year in the month of Moon with twin Moon Days.
The 14 months in a year are: January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December, Venus, and Moon.
The name of the day, Saturday, has been changed to Rest Day (Sabbath) since it is very important for your healthy mind and body, and, because we have no great need to continue celebrating Saturn Day each week.
The mathematical structure of the Universal Calendar is a symphony of the human biorhythm of life.
FIRST PURPOSE
The first purpose of the Universal Calendar is to formulate a system of calculating dates which are based upon a common theme in humanity as a single alternative to the different calendars worldwide which are each based on various religions.
The Universal Calendar is not a religious calendar since it is based on the Human Biorhythm of Life, and, thus, it is a neutral calendar for everyone worldwide.
The Universal Calendar is compatible with whatever religion anyone chooses to study and practice, and, can be superimposed on any calendar of any religion.
Further, it is easily adaptable for any chosen religion since the holidays are not included in the Universal Calendar, but rather, are shown in a table at the end of the First Model herein.
SECOND PURPOSE
The second purpose of the Universal Calendar is to predict biological surging waves of hormones by you and others so that one may prepare peaceful strategy in advance to avoid periodic conflicts that have a high potential to become escalated.
These are regularly occurring changes in the waves of your hormones with instinctive reflexive uncontrollable surges that are mathematically predictable with precision.
There are two major events that regularly reoccur naturally and affect us biologically with overpowering hormone surges.
The First Major Event is the Full Moon and the Second Major Event is Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS).
FULL MOON EVENT
The First Major Event that regularly reoccurs is the Full Moon. All life of every species is affected by it in different ways and for which life has evomorphed periodic biological functions, particularly rhythmic hormonal surges.
The Full Moon occurrences are shown in each month herein. Knowing the date of the Full Moon is important since our hormones are affected.
Avoid going outside during a Full Moon timeframe since others can be even more affected than you, and will not know that these heightened feelings are temporary and that they need to resist any emotional response. Without resistance the nonconscious hormonal wave surge becomes empowered and escalates into full control over the self functions.
PMS EVENT
The Second Major Event that regularly reoccurs is Premenstrual Syndrome, PMS, which the Universal Calendar shows is not a syndrome at all, but rather is quite natural since it is mathematically regular and precisely predictable, even more precise than weather predictions.
Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) can be mathematically predicted, and, thus, one can achieve the skill to resist or avoid an emotional response to an adverse stimulus during this time.
However, become aware that there are common adverse stimuli that occur every day, and you usually ignore them. But, when you have PMS, they are perceived with heightened intensity, sometimes to the maximum.
To predict PMS which is a normal hormonal wave surge, first mark down the beginning date of your period. Since you do not have to count days, as the months are already divided into 28 days which is the human biorhythm, simply find the same date on the next month, and mark one week prior for PMS prediction.
Around that date, avoid stressful situations and seek isolated peaceful time to resist the impact of adrenaline used in hormonal changes that also creates a strong potential for emotional upsurge.
And, never trust a strong emotion that occurs a week before, during, or a week after the timeframe of the PMS prediction. Wait until you return to your regular base frame of mind and you are no longer under the influence of surging waves of hormones.
Say to yourself, "This will pass, and, I will remain in Wisdom Peace; it has no affect on me."
Once the hormonal wave upsurging timeframe has passed, then you will return to your regular frame of mind and can discipline your emotions to resolve the issue peacefully or you may find that it is not as important as it seemed during the upsurge.
Never make important decisions when your feelings are heightened. Be patient and wait until your feelings return to being peaceful which should be the solid foundation of your personality.
NATURAL RESPONSE
When behavioral changes reoccur regularly and can be mathematically calculated, then we are able to use natural means of resisting our responses to waves of arising feelings, and ride them through like a surfer rides the suddenly surging 30-foot ocean waves. They sit and wait for them because they have mastered them with the power of knowledge and experience.
YEARS OF THE INTELLECTUAL
Followers of the Universal Calendar are celebrating over 5,000 years of civilization and 15 billion years of the Universe, which we designate as the "Years of the Intellectual."
WISDOM AGE
We are participating in the profound new mental growth phase of life, which we designate as the "Wisdom Age" whereby we now have awareness that the pain and suffering of life is removed by achieving Wisdom Virtues and receiving Wisdom from the Wisdom Peace Lightforce.
WISDOMKIND
As a result, we are by Free Will actively participating with Strength and Honor in our own evomorph into a new species, "Wisdomkind."
DAY OF WEEK ON SAME DATE
You will notice that within a year, the day of the week occurs on exactly the same date each month.
In 5022, January 1, February 1, March 1, etc. will always fall on Saturday. January 3, February 3, March 3, etc. will always fall on Monday.
In fact, since each month is exactly the same, you can just copy the first month, and then change the name for each successive month, except for the Moon Days during Leap Year, and, then write in the Full Moon days.
LETTERHEAD
On letterhead, the dates may be correlated easier by writing both the Gregorian date and the Universal date, because it will take a while for people to become used to the Universal Calendar.
SHORTENED DATE
It is suggested to show the date on letterhead as follows:
January 30, 2022
February 2, 5022 Universal
When the month and day are the same, then only show the date as follows:
January 3, 2022/5022 Universal
FULL DATE
The second part of the Universal date, 1.5x1010 Universal, stays the same each year because it is such a large number. For those who would like to utilize the more scientific aspect of the Universal Calendar, the age of the Universe at 15 billion years would be set forth in a full date as follows:

February 2, 5022 + 1.5x1010 Universal
The Universal Calendar is mathematically regular. Once you get used to it, you will love its predictability for biological functions and mood changes in the young and hormonally restless.
We are discovering how to achieve greater intellectual power by becoming aware of our biological rhythms and taming the periodically awakened dragon within.
And now I present to you two models.
The First Model is the plain and simple Universal Calendar showing the simplicity of the human biological rhythm.
Then you will see the Table of Holidays.
The Second Model shown thereafter is the Universal Calendar superimposed within the Gregorian Calendar (which is the national calendar used in America even though it is religious) to show you how easily you may incorporate any religious calendar with the human biorhythmic Universal Calendar.
