The months of the Universal Calendar are based upon the human biorhythm of 28-day months and the date is based upon the beginning of civilization. A year consists of 365 days and includes 13 months plus a Moon Day. Further, every four years there are twin Moon Days on Leap Year. Currently, the most widely used calendar in America is the Gregorian Calendar in which Leap Year occurs when February is calculated with 29 days instead of the normal 28 days. When this occurs, then you calculate the Universal Calendar with twin Moon Days at the end of the year. The mathematical structure of the Universal Calendar is a symphony of the human biorhythm of life. Each month consists of 28 days, except one month with a Moon Day added to complete the 365th day of the year. The 28-day months + one Moon Day in a year are: January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December, Venus, and Moon 1, and, further, in Leap Year, Moon 2. The purpose of this Universal Calendar is to formulate a system of calculating dates which are based upon a common theme in humanity as a single alternative to the different calendars worldwide which are each based on various religions. In America, the Gregorian Calendar is a religious calendar based on Christianity, and, thus, should be used for religious purposes, but not by the government in order to honor separation of Church and State as set forth in the Bill of Rights of the United States Constitution. Further, since the Universal Calendar is based on the human biorhythm of life rather than religion, it may be used worldwide to unite and connect humanity overall while, at the same time, respecting religious freedom. Each religion should maintain their religious calendar in addition to the Universal Calendar. In addition, each different religion can superimpose the Universal Calendar within their religious calendar and input their religious holidays. America, in theory, overcame the tribal instinct conflict by separating Church and State and uniting many different States under one Federal system. However, the tribal instinct continues to thrive even in America as we see too much evidence of the merging of Church and State, such as the courts that use the Holy Bible of Christianity for giving oaths and even the President of the United States and the Justices of the US Supreme Court are sworn into office with the Holy Bible of Christianity. Why not use the American Flag to give political oaths? The founding mothers and fathers of America realized how important it is to have religious freedom, and specifically designed the foundation of the United States to promulgate and to make known publicly this intended purpose. In an effort to overcome religious intolerance of the diversity that God created, the Stoic Religion requires one to practice at least three different religions simultaneously, for which the model herein is easily adapted by any other chosen religion, as the holidays are not included in the plain Universal Calendar, but rather, the Stoic religious holidays are shown in a table prior to the Second Model that is the Gregorian Calendar with the Universal Calendar superimposed. However, the Universal Calendar can be superimposed on any calendar of any religion to join the human body rhythms with the religious soul rhythms.
PREDICT NORMAL PMS
SYMPTOMS And, never trust a strong emotion that occurs a week before, during, or a week after the timeframe of the PMS prediction. Say to yourself, "This will pass, and, I will remain in Wisdom Peace; it has no affect on me."
HORMONAL SURGES OF OTHERS Mark the calendar during the hormonal surges of others, including men and ladies, and determine if there is a pattern. If so, then be prepared in advance. While the reason for being emotional is real, it is blown way out of proportion, intensified and magnified during the time of hormonal surges. Knowing this, you will become more tolerant of others, and, you will learn to isolate yourself until this period is over, and you will not waste your energy responding to a temporary biological surge in functions. It is an unintended side effect of the normal engineering of your body. Over time, our species' design will be improved with the slow morph process by our BacterVira (stem cells) and speeded up by our conscious efforts. It takes time. Be patient and tolerant. You cannot change a biological drive, but you can change how you respond to it.
YEARS OF THE INTELLECTUAL Followers of the Universal Calendar are celebrating over 5,000 years of civilization and 15 billion years of the Universe, which we designate as the "Years of the Intellectual."
WISDOM AGE We are participating in the profound new mental growth phase of life, which we designate as the "Wisdom Age" whereby we now have awareness that the pain and suffering of life is removed by achieving Wisdom Virtues and receiving Wisdom from God the Wisdom Force.
WISDOMKIND As a result, we are by Free Will actively participating with Strength and Honor in our own morph into a new species, "Wisdomkind."
DAY OF WEEK ON SAME DATE You will notice that within a year, the day of the week occurs on exactly the same date each month. In 5019, January 1, February 1, March 1, etc. will always fall on Tuesday. January 3, February 3, March 3, etc. will always fall on Thursday. In fact, you can just copy the first calendar, and then change the name for each successive month, except for the Moon Days. Usually there is just one day in the Moon month, but when there is Leap Year, then there are two moon days.
LETTERHEAD On letterhead, the dates may be correlated easier by writing both the Gregorian date and the Universal date, because it will take a while for people to become used to the Universal Calendar.
SHORTENED DATE It is suggested to show the date on letterhead as follows: January 30, 2019 When the month and day are the same, then only show the date as follows: January 3, 2019/5019 Universal
FULL DATE The second part of the Universal date, 1.5x1010 Universal, stays the same each year because it is such a large number. For those who would like to utilize the more scientific aspect of the Universal Calendar, the age of the Universe at 15 billion years would be set forth in a full date as follows: Full Date: The Universal Calendar is mathematically regular, and once you get used to it, you will love its predictability for biological functions and mood changes in the young and hormonal restless amongst us. I hope that you will have as much happiness as I have in making our feelings work for us as strong guides in the invisible hyperspace, and, discovering how to achieve greater intellectual power by becoming aware of our biological rhythms and taming the dragon within.

And now I present to you two models. The First Model is the plain and simple Universal Calendar showing the simplicity of the human biological rhythm. Then you will see the Table of Holidays. Thereafter is the Second Model that is the Universal Calendar superimposed within the Gregorian Calendar to show you how easily you may incorporate any religious calendar with the human biorhythmic Universal Calendar.

HOLIDAYS On December 25, Stoics celebrate Wisdom Peace Day and Self-Morph Day to focus on participating in one's own morph by reviewing and analyzing the past year to determine mistakes and weaknesses, and to strengthen problem-solving skills and strategies, and to make needed changes, and, to perfect the skills of various kinds of meditation in Wisdom Peace. Stoics do not participate in giving material gifts, but rather, give the greatest gift of all: a better, more virtuous self, with acquisition of greater knowledge through higher learning at an accredited university or college along with perpetual independent academic study, and, also with spiritual strengthening by continuously studying at least three chosen religions along with Stoicism. Further, the Stoic Priest is required to continuously study all religions. The holidays celebrated by the Public and by Stoics in 2019 A.D., 5019 Universal are as follows:

SECOND MODEL: The Universal Calendar superimposed on the Gregorian Calendar The most pragmatic way of beginning to
utilize the applications of the Universal Calendar is to merge it into the
Gregorian Calendar until acclimation is achieved. The name of the day, Saturday, has been changed to Rest Day (Sabbath) since it is very important for your healthy mind and body, and, because we have no great need to continue celebrating Saturn Day each week.
FULL MOON The Full Moon dates shown on this calendar are based on Wisconsin Standard Time. Adjust the date for your location accordingly.
