HOMELESS ABUSE IN HAWAII
SETTING STAGE FOR
CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

Hawaii is the only place in America where the elderly homeless eat out of the trash and sleep on the ground, and are abusively demanded to hold commercial advertising signs for eight hours in the wind and rain for a few dollars, because no one will hire the elderly in Hawaii.

Age discrimination is openly practiced by law firms which lead this elder abuse and threaten to block legal action against anyone complaining.

Under Mayor Mufi Hannemann's dictatorship, this elderly man will be chased around and around the island, taunted, ridiculed, and even mocked by the wealthy-owned media, with few having compassion or who coward in fear which adds to his distress.

Hawaii is a "slave state" and the workers have been trained to be "submissive" with the threat of job loss which means to become homeless.

There is no middle class in Hawaii. The employees are afraid to speak out and stand up because they, too, will be boycotted by the controlling wealthy class who have made every working citizen into a "slave" instead of an employee with human rights.

POVERTY
HIDDEN FROM TOURISTS

The homeless population is massive in Hawaii, and the government does not want the tourists to see them. Consequently, the homeless are treated like cattle, rounded up for the slaughter. They are victimized as a "scapegoat" of the wealthy who enjoy inflicting abuse on employees and have now spilled their abuse onto the public. These cowards always choose the weakest one's who cannot easily fight back. However, it is time to understand that one may be homeless, but those inflicting the harm are "mindless."

Further, deceived businesses move here only to discover that poverty is massive and the government is extremely greedy. Why should a good business suffer in Hawaii when they can be successful on the mainland with the same amount of effort? Hawaii is the worst state for businesses because the greediness of the wealthy class has gotten out of control through lack of resistance, and they only think about supporting the tourism and nothing -- absolutely nothing else. Hawaii needs a full spectrum of economic development.

There is a social level below which no human being must fall. All species have a home, but the human species is the only one which ignorantly denies a home and food to other humans. The name of this kind of prejudice is "economic discrimination" and the game is "competition" = eliminate as many as possible from the population, and then compete easier with the smaller population. This is the method of those who lack skills but have megalomania desires for wealth and fame.

CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

Many states in America have been sued by the homeless for failing to find a home for them.

Hawaii, the clock is ticking! Any lawyer who decides to represent the homeless in a class action suit knows that they, as compassionate lawyers, will win because case law extensively supports the homeless and God supports the good lawyers and will reward them with success. There is nothing like obtaining a large legal fee to overpower the wealthy who have deep pockets to pay legal fees and damages suffered by the poor.

The cost will be greater for the selfish wealthy class of Hawaii after a class action lawsuit than to provide a solution to the homeless problem. Chasing the homeless around and around and abusing them as scapegoats for those who are frustrated from lack of intelligence to find a solution, is causing more and more qualified and skilled workers to leave Hawaii.

Why should any skilled worker live in Hawaii when their chances of becoming a millionaire is slim to nothing. Since there is no middle class, It is like trying to jump across a huge pit. There is a bottom and a top and nothing in between. If you try to jump up, but fall to the bottom, there is no chance in hell to ever have another opportunity to reach the top. You stay at the bottom. Why live in poverty with abusive employers when you can live in wealth for the same amount of money on the Mainland?

MASS EXODUS

That is why Obama left Hawaii after growing up in poverty, and why so many qualified and skilled people leave. Further, physicians are already leaving in droves because of the massive poverty and lack of progress, and backward social and economic problems. Hawaii is 50 to 100 years behind the mainland across the board on all issues.

SEND HOMELESS HOME

The government of Hawaii should offer a free airplane ticket one-way to anyone who wants to return home to the mainland. All the homeless would leave, along with everyone who has any sense at all, except those who live in Hawaii solely and exclusively because of Hawaii the land. For them it is sad.

However, running away will not solve the problems in Hawaii. Some people must stay and resist the evilness, and teach others and guide Hawaii citizens through the tough, needed changes. The wealthy class does not even realize how bad they are functioning because they have been doing it too long without resistance. Hawaii is segregated from the mainland, but it is time to connect to the mainland and to bring Hawaii up-to-date across the board.

We must learn how to solve problems together with compassionate wisdom. Let us pray for this elderly man and all those who suffer with poverty, and let us pray for Hawaii.
