FROM THE STOIC RELIGION AND
CONVERTS IT TO CHRISTIANITY

November 1, 2008. The U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii has ruled that anyone can write whatever they want under the sacred Wisdom Bible title of the Stoic religion which was founded in 1995 by Cherie Phillips, and has been practiced for over 13 years worldwide. In the case, Cherie Phillips v. Sanderson Beck, the Court unconscionably changed the facts to support its desired conclusion in support of overpowering the Stoic religion and converting the title to Christianity as a "supplement to The Holy Bible."

The two judges of this federal court strategically withheld evidence to support their conclusion, and with extreme prejudice, functioned as defense attorneys for Sanderson Beck instead of impartial judges. They also accepted his CD evidence to verify his alleged publication date of 1996, but which showed a 2036 print date which clearly revealed that the computer dated had been altered, and the CD was fraudulent. (Date last saved: 10/15/1996; Date last printed 2/5/2036) This was an extreme practice of religious prejudice by the Court to ignore such prima facie fraudulence.

Sanderson Beck also had numerous copyright dates printed for the exact same text which showed inconsistency of his allegations, and hand-altered documents, and, further, every business he referenced was conveniently out-of-business and could not be verified. The court relied solely on his out-of-state telephone testimony and his book.

He stated that he has no church for which he wrote his alleged Bible and that he wrote it for the Christian religion even though it contains altered Islamic text and ancient philosophy. He is using the profits to support his political activities including his non-payment of taxes in a "holding corporation" and other tax avoidance methods that he promotes in his writings, and his communist propaganda that he teaches.

The Court wrongly stated that the Wisdom Bible of the Stoic religion is "ancient wisdom" but it was clearly shown in the evidence and pleadings that the text contains present-day Wisdom, including the marriage of Jesus and Maria with two children, and numerous theories, including about stem cells which are called Bactervira that created all living things. In fact, the marriage of Jesus was televised on numerous specials after I had this sacred Bible on the internet for many years. But they also failed to mention the Stoic religion nor the fact that they got this idea from the Wisdom Bible of the Stoic religion.

I realized at this point, that the Stoic religious writings had been widely read.  Even on "The View," with Barbara Walters, I heard Whoopi Goldberg argue that depicting God as a Lady was not necessary. The only religion that is promoting God as a Lady is, in fact, the Stoic religion, and the producers of The View had to have read the text of the Wisdom Bible, but never referenced it nor anything about the Stoic religion.

The Wisdom Bible offers the Wisdom Lady Version wherein God is referred to as Mother God and Christ is also feminine. It is also written in the masculine called Wisdom Man Version, and in a third called Wisdom Virtuality Version, with less symbolism wherein God is referred to neither an a man nor lady, but rather, as The Wisdom Force, and later called The WisdomPeace Lightforce.

I have contributed a tremendous amount of time over the years to the establishment of this new religion, and promoting it worldwide, and it is necessary for all religions to be protected or all will fall down together without constitutional protection. The Stoic religion requires the members to study at least three different religions concurrently in order to teach respect for all religions.

In this case, the Court ignored the facts and blindly changed whatever fit the Court's desired conclusion which is against public policy and is a shameful practice of law here in Hawaii.

The Court also ignored the extensive criminal history of Sanderson Beck as a repeat offender over 24 times, which he actually brags about in his writings along with his glorification of drug abuse. Apparently, it was during his prison time that Sanderson Beck used the internet to steal so much of the intellectual property of the Stoic religion.

The extensive planning that he made is evidence that he functions as a professional con man. His personality is nothing like the writings that he sells. Virtually all of his work is copied from other writers. This man should be studied for his psychological disorders which present a new breed of crime -- profit through intellectual property theft. When such criminals can fool the federal courts and merely sit at their computers and type in a copyright date on the stolen text with no copyright registration required by the court, then we have three conclusions: the criminal is a professional con man, and the courts lack the logical training to find truth, and the laws are insufficient to protect intellectual property. Others will be victims of this crime, because they have now been rewarded and that is all that is needed for them to grow and breed.

Every attorney should be required to study mathematics. Truth cannot be determined by guessing.  There is a logical systematic procedure that needs to be followed to find truth because "deception" is the hallmark of all evilness. The only way evil survives continuously in our society is through deception.

No one has a legal right to use symbolic religious titles (including the Holy Bible and the Quran) such as Sanderson Beck has done, and the Court is wrong to authorize and support such abuse of both religion and Constitutional law. It should not even be necessary to go to Court, as no one for thousands of years - worldwide - until Sanderson Beck had ever stolen the sacred Bible title of any religion throughout history.

Sanderson Beck refused to communicate to me (plaintiff), and even became hysterical when trying to resolve this matter, and refused to discuss it before I filed the lawsuit, nor during the court-required conference calls between hearings and was paranoid about "hidden" things. He hysterically cried on the telephone at many of the hearings, even the scheduling hearings, for which I argued he was play-acting because he has a degree in Theatre, and the "wailing" sounded phony for the purpose of obtaining sympathy from the court. He also claims that he is a "stoic philosopher," but stoics do not practice such emotional behavior. This also provided motivation for his theft of the title to declare himself "stoic," since he is hoping to cash-in on the confusion of the title by now promoting himself as the publisher of the Wisdom Bible.

However, Sanderson Beck is not authorized by the Stoic Church of Philosophy to write nor publish this title. The Court is practicing religion by authorizing him to do so which is contrary to Stoic doctrine.

The Wisdom Bible was written for humanity and was freely posted on the internet for many years for everyone worldwide to read without cost. It is written in ongoing and continuous volumes that are constantly being updated, changed, and expanded. However, It has been temporarily taken down from the website pending the outcome of the legal issues.

Instead of reading this religious text and learning from it, Sanderson Beck is wrongly using it for personal profit and for tax evasion. He does not have any belief in God whatsoever to steal a sacred Bible, and he has shown no remorse for his actions. He sent a letter to the court which was "crazy" and filled with psychotic delusions, but the court babied him and completely took over his defense in the case, arguing on his behalf and making statements and conclusions in their orders that he never made. The hearings were spent by the Court giving him extensive legal advice.

Therefore, Sanderson Beck is not the publisher of the Wisdom Bible of the Stoic religion, and the book which he publishes wrongly under the same title contains plagiarized and mutilated text that he copied from the original authors even though he claims to have "translated" it from Greek, Hebrew, Arabic, and other languages, but gives no bibliography and has no such educational background. He presents himself to me as being illiterate and uneducated and does not even know how to write a Bibliography, yet he claims to have a PhD. degree from a private school which does not even offer PhD degrees to students. He could not possibly have such a degree and lack so much knowledge. He even plagiarized text from the NIV Holy Bible and put it in there along with wrongly copying the same copyright expression of the epic poem from the Wisdom Bible of the Stoic religion.

Sanderson Beck copied numerous ideas and concepts from the Stoic religion which is plagiary, even though it is not protected under law. But, such plagiary would keep him out of any accredited school.  This is a perfect example of why an accredited education is so important.  There are a lot of really bad schools that even give away degrees for payment of fees, and educated employers know that.

Sanderson Beck produced no witnesses and no verifiable evidence whatsoever. However, I (the plaintiff) had extensive verified evidence, but which the court ignored in Beck's defense. Sanderson Beck had no registered copyrights and merely typed the date in his book, and the court accepted that even though there was numerous different alleged copyright dates for the exact same material in separate writings. However, the Court refused to allow the plaintiff to submit that contrary evidence which revealed that the Court had a personal interest in the issues and was functioning with strategy as attorneys.

The actions of the Court were unconstitutional in denying religious freedom and separation of church and state, and as a matter of public policy, the entire case with all the pleadings will be posted shortly in this article. America is founded on these important statutes, and without honor of them, the court dishonors all those who have died to give us this religious freedom. The values of America are always threatened in battles and in the courts.

Further, Sanderson Beck copied the "copyright expression" of  the poetry in the Wisdom Bible and contaminated it with text that he butchered after stealing it from the Quran which he then converted this sacred Islamic text to Christianity. The court had no respect for the Quran and ignored this issue completely.

The Court refused to accept the definition of "Wisdom Bible" as defined by the Stoic religion which originated this title as a sacred symbol, but instead, the Court gave its own definition of the meaning which is contrary. The court cannot legally change the definition of a religious Bible title by a Court order. Further, the Court wrongly authorized Sanderson Beck to write text in the sacred Wisdom Bible which the Court has no religious authority to do. The U.S. District Court was clearly practicing religion by changing the meaning of the title and the facts to fit its prejudiced conclusion.

In addition, the Court stated that the Stoic Encheiridion of the Stoic religion was written in poetry which made it different from Beck's work. However, it clearly is "not" written in poetry, and the court again, changed the facts hoping that the public will just read its order and not the actual evidence. But, the court fails to understand that many have already read these works and realize that the court is wrongly changing facts. At first, I thought the court was making errors, but then the court became extremely aggressive, and openly practicing as defense attorneys, and even changed the caption of the case, putting the church as a defendant instead of a plaintiff, which was confirmed by the judge's office to be deliberate, because the judge said he was aware of the caption and would not change it.

The actions of Sanderson Beck and the Court were sacrilegious and extremely abusive to freedom of religion to establish a new religion with a sacred Bible as an exclusive symbol of the Stoic beliefs.

This case is on appeal at the U.S. Court of Appeals in California, and thereafter will be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court. They can write all the statutes and case law they want to appear good, but when the courts practice such religious intolerance and unconstitutional law, then the truth is that our legal system is seriously broken and is functioning with extraordinary prejudiced toward ladies and the poor. The manner in which law is applied to each and everyone of us by the legal system is the actual practice of law in America, not the disappearing ink written in idealistic law books.

I am appealing this case also to the public, because I believe that good people are the true legal system. Evil always appears to be stronger, but that too is a deception because order is life and I believe that we can and will produce nations of quality life worldwide. That is why we are connecting, and why we suffer here when others suffer on the other side of the world. It is only because we have unrest in the midst of disorder that we strongly want to leave it behind and follow Wisdom. It is not weapons that will save the world, but rather, it is The WisdomPeace Lightforce. Evil cannot be destroyed, but it can be changed.

Our young men and ladies have given their lives to provide our nation with constitutional rights, including civil rights, and I will give all my efforts to assure that their sacrifices were not in vain, and we must not allow such corruption in our legal system,  but shall stand up with WisdomPeace.

This case is an example of religious intolerance, denial of separation of church and state, denial of religious freedom, discrimination against ladies, and practice of religion by the federal government and extraordinary open display of prejudice. Further, the ruling of the court opened the door to another case.
