AFTER RECEIVING $2.6 MILLION
FOR PUTTING
TEENS IN JAIL

February 12, 2009. Lucerne County Judge Mark Ciavarella and Judge Michael Conahan in a courthouse in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania received $2.6 million in payoffs from a privately run jail which was "demanded" to pay in order to receive juveniles at its facilities, PA Childcare LLC and Western PA Child Care LLC. Young teens were wrongly brought before the court with minor offenses and were denied representation by lawyers and only a 1-2 minute hearing before being locked up in prison.
In a class action lawsuit filed by hundreds of juveniles who suffered along with "thousands" of others throughout the years, won their case and the judges were removed from the bench.
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 1967 that children have a Constitutional right to be represented by attorneys. But these two corrupt judges denied these young teens their rights in exchange for money. But, the judges were selling their souls and it was just a matter of time before their evilness returned to them.
The two judges were indicted for fraud, and under a plea agreement are expected to serve more than 7 years behind bars. The private jail is being investigated but claims that the Judges ordered them to pay to receive the juveniles at their facilities.
Corruption of judges is widespread, and this represents only a small segment of those who have taken over our legal system in the name of "injustice."
There is also widespread corruption amongst lawyers who ruin the name of law. Every lawyer should be required to study mathematics to learn how to think and reason logically. It is because many cannot think that they turn to fraud and lies to win their cases. They do not have the intelligence to win by truth.
I am currently fighting many attorneys and corrupt judges. I have worked in law offices many, many years and studied undergraduate law in college, and know the legal system inside and out in many states. The problem is that our legal system is closed to the common person. Legal remedy is only available to the wealthy, and innocent victims are being charged for crimes they never committed.
In Virginia, I have appealed a case where the attorneys joined with my own brother and his son to steal my entire inheritance that my father stated was for me. My father was illiterate (could not read and write) but achieved wealth through his mechanical abilities and began building houses and eventually became a developer and amassed large amounts of land and houses. He warned me that I must go to court and fight for my inheritance after he passed away. He knew how wealth attracts corruption. My own brother and his son along with their corrupt attorneys have left me penniless, stating the reason is because I am a lady and only men can receive property from an inheritance in Virginia. They stole the cash also.
Yet, I still love my brother and his son because I know that once they buy everything they ever wanted with all my money, they will suffer by their own greediness and learn that money is not worth losing their souls. They even stole my mother's money leaving her penniless also. I have pity on them.
I forgave my brother many times when we were children. I forgave him when he tried to catch me on fire by throwing lighted matches at me. I forgave him for throwing a spear into my leg. I forgave him for destroying my first car that I saved up a long time to buy. I loaned it to him to drive to New York instead of his motorcycle and he said that he passed every car on the highway. But when I went outside to drive it, I discovered the header was busted open and the engine was cracked. It had to be towed away to the junkyard, and he never paid me a penny for my loss. I forgave him for many incidents.
Even though all my inheritance was stolen, this incident has empowered me to continue my studies and to work harder to achieve my goals.
I have Wisdom Peace in my mind and compassion in my heart, and that is worth all the money in the world. Which one of us truly lost their inheritance? (Phillips v. Estate of James Iverson Phillips, Sr., Supreme Court of Virginia).
I also have a case in Hawaii where two men stole the Bible of our religion which they converted to Christianity in heinous actions of U.S. Court supported religious intolerance. The court judges changed the facts of the case, were abusive to me and my church and even issued sanctions against me while claiming they were punishing the defendant, and the judges functioned as attorneys. The judges also authorized a defendant to continue publishing Islamic text which was brutally altered under this title and which he claimed he converted to Christianity. They have denied the exclusive title of the Bible of my religion which I founded.
Further, they have put the titles of the Holy Bible at risk by changing its formerly exclusive name to the Wisdom Bible (the Holy Bible is now called the Wisdom Bible according to the Court's authorization), which is sacrilegious and wrongfully steals the title of the Wisdom Bible of my religion. Christianity now has two different titles while my religion has no exclusive title whatsoever. The cases are now on appeal at the U.S. Court of Appeals in California. (Phillips v. Sanderson Beck; and Phillips v. Mike Murdock, et al.)
I have worked with good attorneys and bad ones, and fought many dishonest judges, and I know that the bad ones are corrupt because of their ignorance and greediness. They do not have the intelligence to think and reason so they turn to corruption and deception to satisfy their lust for money Their lack of intelligence is wrongly compensated for by their perceived power through the accumulation of money. Such is an illusion because money attracts thieves and fear and emptiness of soul.
I believe that true power is Wisdom, and that is the mountain to climb high in my efforts.
