OBAMA'S GRANDMOTHER November 3, 2008. Barack Obama's grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, passed into heaven early this morning at 3:00 a.m. in Hawaii at 86 years young. She was suffering with cancer, but understood that Obama was leading in the polls. We knew the time was near, but had hoped that she would live to see results of the Presidential election. Her blessings upon Obama will shine strong from heaven. Our prayers and compassion are with you, Obama. ____________________
ARIZONA DAILY STAR November 3, 2008. Arizona Daily Star has announced its endorsement of Barack Obama for President of the United States. This is the most popular newspaper in Arizona, which is the state where the Republican candidate, Senator John McCain, lives. The Arizona Daily Star stated: "We see America the way Barack Obama sees America. The ground under America is moving .The time is now and the leader is Barack Obama. The Star endorses Obama for President of the United States."

BLUEBERRY TEA November 2, 2008. Adding the well-researched benefits of blueberries to your diet is as easy as drinking tea. While fresh blueberries are expensive, frozen ones are much cheaper and stay fresh a long time in the freezer. You only need about 5 blueberries and any kind of tea leaves (black or green) to make a pot of tea. I have a small stainless steel with a lid that has a built-in strainer, and which is used as my teapot. Loose black tea is difficult to find, so I tear open two bags of black tea (or green tea) and pour the contents into the pot of boiled water. Then I add 10 frozen blueberries and let it sit for 5 minutes. This makes a great cup of tea with even more antioxidants from blueberries and a great flavor. Research shows that blueberries are amongst the best sources for the widest array of health protection nutrients. ___________________________
SAMURAI ANGELS
PROTECTED November 29, 2008. Today was my mother's birthday, and I took her to the Honolulu Zoo to celebrate 81 years of life. I brought bread, lunch meat, chips, and a box of Hawaiian Host Chocolate Covered Macadamias, which is the best candy in Hawaii and is only $2.00 at the ABC store. I brought lettuce, mustard and some turkey lunch meat, all packed in my mom's lunch pail. My mother no longer carries a pocketbook, as I carry all her needs in my backpack. We sat with the tourists at the outdoor cafe, and met some tourists from Australia. Then we visited the apes (chimpanzees) who were extremely active today with much fighting, game-playing, and slapping their feet on the glass windows to scare the tourists. One ape came to the glass window and kissed a tourist. It was fascinating. We heard an educational talk from the zookeeper, Solo, while the apes were being fed. Mom was getting tired, and we headed down the path to leave. It started to rain, and I set down our bags under a tree, and turned to open my back pack to get an umbrella. When I turned back around I saw my mother who appeared to be in a trance, and a man was pulling with all his might at her lunch pail. He apparently thought it was her purse. He looked up and then stepped back and said: "Sorry, I am Japanese!" I responded in Japanese, saying, "You are Japanese?" and he corrected my Japanese grammar, and then walked away. My mom was motionless, and I asked her if she was alright. She did not know what had happened. Samurai Angels 10 feet tall were protecting her, because there is no way that my 81-year old mother could have been stronger than the thief who was trying to steal her lunch pail thinking it was her purse. But, I realize that God does not protect the fool, and I will make sure that from now on, I will be more careful. Anyone who visits the zoo or anyplace else at Christmastime, should be careful to stay around many people. If an exhibit has only one person there, it could be a thief. There is safety in numbers. The elderly should not carry anything that even looks like a purse. He could have knocked my mother down for a cheap little lunch pail. Worse than this could have happened, but today, the Samurai Angels were protecting my elderly mom.

Comedian Zarganar COMEDIAN IN BURMA November 21, 2008. The government of Burma is lowering the quality of life with the weapon of fear of imprisonment against anyone who even jokingly speaks out against the totalitarian leaders. After making several jokes about the government, comedian Zarganar was recently sentenced to 45 years. Many other victims have also suffered with such harsh sentencing, including Buddhist monks who have spoken out against this E-Force government and are now serving as long as 65 years. Sometimes we forget how much freedom we have to speak and listen and make our own choices about what we want to hear, instead of the government forcing us to submit with their E-Force threats (Evil Force). However, in America, judges are becoming increasingly dishonest and self-serving to such extent that we know many innocent people are jailed for reasons not based on truth. No place is safe as long as the leaders in any government lack Wisdom. We are given the ability to be moved and to move others through words as a peaceful means of communicating the variety of opinions and ideas. Such evil governments as Burma, and dishonest leaders everywhere are headed for extinction because they are not moving in the direction of the Universe. They are evolving backwards, and will soon be left behind.

OBAMA WINS!!
ELECTION DAY
WHAT WE LEARNED FROM OBAMA November 5, 2008. Obama's win in this election is a symbol of freedom for African Americans. I grew up in Virginia, and know that the Civil War is still being fought there. What was fascinating about this election, is that Obama "earned" his winning votes. Nothing was lifted up, nothing was given, no pathway was cleared. Every step of the way he fought, and continued to fight until he reached his goal. MORE

BANGKOK AIRPORT November 26, 2008. With the threat of civil war between the classes inevitable, thousands of the People's Alliance for Democracy (PAD) are protesting the government and demanding resignation of the leaders in a four month long rally. Clashes at times with as many as 10,000 have escalated to gunshots that were returned with explosives thrown at the crowd. Prime Minister Somchai Wongsawat and others have retreated in hiding, as the protestors shut down Bangkok's airport, which is one of the world's largest, to deliberately bring tourism to a halt. Over 500 passengers are stranded and sleeping in the terminal while the police are trying to disperse the crowd. PAD is growing in numbers and strength as the military helped to remove the prime minister and several of his cabinet. The protestors are seeking support by the military, but Gen. Anupong Paochinda refuses to participate in a coup. The class war came about because of the extensive separation between the poor and the wealthy (similar to Hawaii). Further, PAD claims that those "elected" have not taken office by means of popular vote because of bribery (money paid to citizens to vote), which they claim is the Western method (American and European), and those who vote with ignorance because they do not understand any political issue. Comment: The reason protests get violent is because the people want to move too quickly, and, consequently, there is no meeting of the minds. Throughout history, time and time again, those protests which are dealt with peacefully take longer, but the results are powerful and gain much more lasting support. We must learn how to solve problems peacefully with strong communication skills if we are to achieve the hearts and minds in a lasting change that benefits everyone. _____________________________
OBESE GET TWO
SEATS November 26, 2008. If you are obese, you may want to travel on Air Canada, because you will sit comfortably in two seats for the price of one. The same applies for disabled who need more space. The airlines appealed the decision of the lower court, but the appellate court concurred. The real question on everyone's mind now, is whether other airlines will follow suit. __________________________

SUICIDE RESPONSE
TO November 25, 2008. Suicide is on the increase in Hawaii, and along with the Florida teen who committed suicide while showing it over the internet, they are painting the picture of the wrong response to fear. The purpose of fear is to break you down so that those enemies of yours, can have less competition in the arena. Fear makes you feel weak, which is a symptom of low resistance, and that is why you must avoid anything that will cause you to become weak. COURAGE, REASON,
PATIENCE Fear destroys the will to live. Courage overpowers fear. Suicide victims need the virtues of courage and reason and patience to solve problems logically, and to fulfill their destiny. Without courage, reason, and patience, we become discouraged. We lose our self-esteem, and our faith in a hopeful future. We lose the will to exert the challenging effort to ride the tumultuous waves and to stay on the pathway of our major goal. MORE

MOST VIOLENT November 29, 2008. It's official, the zoologist at the Honolulu Zoo described the development of the most violent of all species on earth. "The chimpanzees," Solo said, "were lose in the jungle and killed an entire population of monkeys, and they ate every one of them. You notice that we drop food down to them from a cliff. I would not step into their territory, because I would not come back alive! Any living thing that wanders in there, whether it is a feral cat, a bird, a rodent, it is killed. They are extremely violent. But, they are not the most violent of all living things. Do you know which species are the most violent?" I turned and looked at him because I knew the answer, and said, "we are." And he responded, "Yes, humans are the most violent of all species." The chimpanzees are our closest living relatives. These apes evolved from the same mother as our species, but branched off into a different direction. They are almost identical to us genetically, except that we have a larger brain. But, for what purpose? We are not using our brain. It is there, but functioning like a hat. We take drugs that destroy the most highly evolved parts of the brain, and we are actually functioning "real time" at the same primitive level as chimpanzees. I see so much of us when I look at them, and that is sad -- extremely sad, because we have the equipment -- a very large brain -- to be much more than a chimp. Drugs are keeping us from functioning at the high intellectual level of our potential. More violent than lions, tigers and bears, we have the ability to destroy all of them and ourselves. Did we grow this enormously complex brain to learn how to commit more complex violent crimes? Or are we a prototype hairless ape that will inevitably self-destruct to make way for the "real" humans? Perhaps scientists need to think more about survival of our own species than to be totally focused on other species. We are not the master over all other living things. We are beneath them, and they are not destroying themselves like we are. They are not killing their own species like we do. They are not leaving their own kind out in the cold without food, without clothing, without shelter, as we do. The most intelligent species? What fools!! We are here to "protect" life and the environment, and if we are not willing to do that, we can, and will be replaced.

RECOUNT NEEDED VOTE COUNT IN
HAWAII November 5, 2008. The Honolulu Advertiser reported that the vote count in this election was below the year 2004 amount of voters. The votes included only 63.1 percent of the registered voters, while four years ago, the count was 67 percent. It is highly unlikely that such a low number of people voted in this election given the fact that so many people have been enthusiastic about the candidates and issues. Further, the lines were very long. In Waikiki, the line was one hour long, and most of this area is hotels. The residential areas must have had even longer lines. The lower amount of voters do not account for the long lines. It does not add up by any stretch of the imagination. VOTES ARE MISSING! The votes need to be recounted because there are quite clearly many, many votes missing. In the primary election, the State claims that the Voter Registration website was attacked by hackers. It is quite unfortunate if those who were allegedly elected, are in fact the result of fraudulent elimination of voters in this election and/or hacker game plan. The votes need to be recounted because of this gross discrepancy in the amount of voters.
________________________
HAWAII November 6, 2008. The discrepancy in the total number of votes being lower than in the year 2004 warrants a recount, but the citizens must request by November 24, 2008. The recount needs to be requested through the Hawaii Supreme Court in a complaint. If no one requests a recount, then the cause of the missing votes will not be discovered, and if there is fraud or hackers or any other cause, then we will never know. There were several very important local controversial issues in this election. In this election, it is worth the effort to recheck the count of votes and do an accounting against the written signatures to determine and verify whether Hawaii is having a problem of either voters not caring about the election process or whether there is corruption at the government level. We need to know the facts either way, and take action to assure that Hawaii citizens have a good quality of life that can only be achieved with good quality leadership with an accountable government.

MICHAEL CRICHTON November 5, 2008. Michael Crichton passed into heaven at age 66 after losing his battle with cancer. He was one of the most creative writers of all time, most notably Jurassic Park, The Andromeda Strain, and the sitcom, ER. We were hoping to see more dinosaur movies, but there is talk about bringing them back for real as Bactervira (stem cell) research continues. The Jurassic Park movie was a genius of an idea, and Michael Crichton will be remembered for a long time as we read his books and watch his movies over and over again.
Canoeing at Ala Wai
Canal This canal could be made into a romantic boat ride for lovers with a live performance of a musician playing the ukulele. Instead, it is a polluted body of water with a highway of cars racing alongside it spewing out soot and carbon monoxide. I pray every day for hydro-electric cars to overpower and displace these primitive gas cars. I hope the price of gas keeps going up until they just fall into extinction and you will say, why? Why did it take so long to move forward in time. There are vicious guardians at the gate who hold all that is left behind and that should become extinct, but is kept alive by desires. Change is imminent to the mind of Wisdom.

Ala Wai Canal ALA WAI Canal turns muddy as rain washes red dirt out to sea. Can you see the ducks swimming through it: Sometimes our day becomes muddy, but we must keep the routine and swim through it because it always clears. Why become upset when we can just as easily stay calm.

DOGS November 14, 2008. Dogs are smart, and they need to be educated in the most important skill that owners fail to teach them. They need to learn that cars can kill. They have this skill missing because all dogs that discovered it, are dead, and most puppies are raised by humans instead of mother dogs. Therefore, humans need to take over the roles of father and mother experience and knowledge and teach their pets about the dangers of cars. It is not just to be careful crossing the street that they need to know, but also that cars can and do kill. They would need to be taught this without making them have a phobia of cars. Birds know that cars kill. They see the car in the same perspective as a herd of animals. You don't step out in front of a herd. But, dogs, however, seem to think that because a car is "not" living, then it could not possibly hurt you. They need to be taught that a car has the same danger as a herd of living animals racing toward them. Let's make this training a priority to be planned, promoted, and taught by dog owners everywhere so that we do not fall apart every time a dog gets loose. Our closest friend not of our own species, certainly has the ability to learn more and it is time to awaken the wisdom of dogs. We all make sure that our children are educated, and now we need to see that our "other" children are educated also. Dogs have much more potential than we realize.
