CAUSE AND CURE OF

STROKES

DIET

The lack of exercise and/or insufficient daily exercise routine, along with improper diet that forms cholesterol buildup in the cardiovascular system, are the leading causes of strokes and heart disease.

 

The majority of your meals should be fish. And, if you already have cholesterol problems, then "all" of your meals should be fish along with other healthy natural raw fruits and vegetables.

 

Further, completely eliminate all human-designed "junk" foods; they are also addictive and cause excessive weight gain.

 

Many movement problems people have are caused by carrying around too much weight that your body is not designed to support.

 

Find out the proper weight you should be based on research and then weigh yourself at the same time every day. Don't skip one day. And, when you reach your ideal weight, and you gain more than five pounds, either diet until returning to your set point of your ideal weight, or go on a fast.

 

Further, you should go on a 10-day fast at least once a year. If you take any drugs (medicines), then you need to be supervised by a your physician. Fasting cleans out your cardiovascular system and actually destroys accumulated carcinogenic and harmful microbes.

 

Daily eat your choice of healthy probiotics, such as yogurt and/or kim chi.

 

EXERCISE

Simply going for a walk in the park seems like too much fun to be healthful, but, in fact, it is a matter of life and death to get daily exercise in some form or another.

 

Even when it rains, have a backup plan, with exercises that you can do indoors, such as walking up and down the stairs, or a simple hydraulic stepper, exercises on a floor mat, and so forth.

 

Doing what you sometimes don't "feel" like doing, is the hallmark of self-discipline and your other virtues. This world was designed for the strong, and you are here because you were approved to be strong, now show God respect for giving you life and a marvelous Lightforce Temple, your body and mind.

 

And, after awhile, you begin to realize that exercising is so vital for your health that you really miss them, body and soul, when you don't do your daily exercises.

 

Further, your BacterVira (stem cells) release "happy chemicals" when you support them with exercising and healthy foods.

 

Remember that our XNA (DNA) is the "brain" of your BacterVira (stem cells), our symbiotic species who are, in fact, autonomous living robots who are mathematically precise.

 

They do not make errors, but rather, interference, including lack of support, causes the mathematical disorder in their precise sequence.

 

 

CLEANLINESS

Keep yourself clean by bathing everyday and regularly washing your clothes. This keeps away the harmful microbes that build nests from your dead skin cells on your body and in your bed.

 

 

ENVIRONMENT

Measure the humidity, heat, and cold in your home, and, maintain a healthy environment.

 

No matter how much it costs to run an air conditioner and/or a humidifier, it is better to be poor than to be sick.

 

Find a place to live that is compatible with your personal nature, and invest in a healthy place to live around peaceful people, and a peaceful atmosphere, in that order.

SOY PRODUCTS


September 27, 2008. In a study by the European Heart Journal, it was discovered that the chemical, isoflavone, in soy products is so powerful in fighting cardiovascular diseases that it is comparable to the cholesterol fighting drug, statin.

 

Researches found that soya isoflavones prevent strokes and reoccurrences as it protects the cardiovascular system, including the heart, by inhibiting the growth of artery-clogging plaque cells.

 

Previous studies show its strength in combating cancers of the breast and prostrate.

 

Soy is available inexpensively in cans at the health food stores, and as soybean cheese while costs are rising for soy milk.

NATURAL FOODS

 

In addition to soy products, other protective foods that prevent strokes and cardiovascular diseases include raw carrots (with skin), raw blueberries,  raw nuts, raw seeds, and lightly cooked or raw broccoli, and lightly cooked or raw oatmeal.
