Walk on Water The WisdomPeace Way Story Behind the Scene
Waikiki Beach, Honolulu, Hawaii.
Waikiki has a special area for swimming that is surrounded by retaining walls and it is a safer area than the completely open ocean. Sharks are rare in Waikiki, but in some of the other areas of Hawaii, sharks have been known to swim into the shallow area looking for prey.
As you should know, humans are animals, hairless apes, and, every species is both a predator and prey of some other species. Therefore, the reality is that we prey on other life, and other life preys on us. Life recycles energy.
One of the retaining walls stretches parallel to the ocean quite a ways beyond the swimming area.
The wall is quite visible ordinarily. However, at a certain time of day, the tide rises to cover the wall so that it is hidden just beneath the water.
As the people walked across the retaining wall, it appeared at a distance that they were walking on water, and, in fact they were. However, the top of the retaining wall is just under the thin level of water.
No special effects were needed. That was the perfect photo for the WisdomPeace Way.

Here are some people who are staying out there on the retaining wall a little too long as the tide is rising higher and a big wave is approaching.
Fishermen use the retaining wall during low tide to catch fish. However, if they stay out there too long, when the high tide rises, then the fish may catch them.
