TRUTH ABOUT FAT
The next time you are with a group of people, take a look around at all those who are fat. It is so easy for you to put them down, but look again, you may be missing the point.
Suppose something happened suddenly - without warning - and everybody had to rush immediately into a shelter. For days, and then weeks, no food is available. Water is the only supply that flows. One by one, the slender people go first, unable to live on their meager body fat. Next to go is the people with normal weight. Weeks later, the fattest of them all is still alive, having lived for weeks on one's own fat.
That is the purpose of fat.
The truth about fat people is that they, alone, have the ability to carry humanity through unexpected times of no food. And, because they are carrying the genes of humanity, they had better make sure their fat is high quality, or they will be the first to die of their own toxic waste as that accumulated fat begins to be fed back to them for sustenance when food is no longer available.
SKINNY CAN BE UNHEALTHY
Thus, some people were meant to be fat. But, not most of society like it is now. Many people are fat because they lack self-control and eat unhealthy manmade foods designed exclusively for pleasure instead of nutrition.
If it were up to society, everybody would be very slender. However, society does not always know what is best, and they have not lived as long as the Bactervira (see Bactervira Theory). They do not know all the possibilities that are a threat to the existence of our species, but the Bactervira do, and have created diversity of weight to cover every possibility. Some people are created for a long life, some for physical endurance, some for mental endurance, and some for long periods without food.
Being fat is a sacrifice. The benefit is the enjoyment of eating lots of food. But, the price is a shortened life span. Fat people do not live long lives.
If you are fat, you need to come to terms with self-acceptance because society does not accept fat people. However, if you are not meant to be fat, then you need to take control of your body and become who you want to be.
The first thing to do is to determine whether it is your destiny to be fat - that is, whether being fat is natural for you - or whether you were meant to be slender or average weight, but have not found a way out of fatness.
Would you be willing to remain fat if you could only eat healthy food and get rid of all manmade foods that lack nutritional benefits? Are you happy about being fat even though society does not accept it? Are you willing to exercise? If you answer no to all these questions, then you are probably "not" meant to be fat, and you would be happier if you found a successful weight loss diet. If you answered yes, then it may be your destiny to be fat. Along with that destiny comes the realization of the great responsibility you have to protect humanity by carrying sufficient fat to survive, and to be healthy sufficient to live through long periods of no food.
Fat but "NOT" Obese
Obesity is "wrong" no matter how you slice it. Obesity is "not" fatness, but it is eating that is "out-of-control." When you are obese, you are not able to exercise, and you eat "junk" foods -- the Forbidden Foods, which means that if an emergency occurred, you would be the "first" to die, instead of being able to outlast the emergency event by living on your fat. In fact, obese people have "toxic" fat that is filled with poisons, and all weight loss of an obese individual must be constantly monitored by a physician, but choose a physician who is knowledgeable in nutrition - most are not, so you have to search.
Be careful not to be talked into doing anything drastic, like surgery. It is important to see this as a great opportunity to achieve the most powerful form of knowledge anyone can have - that is self-control over what you eat.
There are three basic steps for an obese person to follow:
1. Find a physician knowledgeable in nutrition to regularly monitor you during your adjustment to diet.
2. Change the way you eat -permanently. If you, as an obese person, will simply eat everything healthy and exercise, you will no longer be obese, but you will achieve healthy fatness. But, wait to exercise until after you have stabilized your health and approved by a physician. Begin your diet by focusing on healthy foods. Do not focus on quantity until after you have completely "exchanged" all junk foods for all "healthy" foods. The biggest impact you will learn is that hunger is very different relative to the kind of foods that you eat.
3. Once you have completely eliminated all junk foods from your diet and have stabilized into eating healthy foods, then you may begin the next step of determining whether it is your destiny to be fat or what level of weight is best for you. You must be in control - not the Bactervira.
You need to understand that "all" people get hunger signals to eat, but the difference is that those with "control" never respond based on hunger signals, but only eat according to a predetermined "time." TIME must determine when you eat, but "not" hunger. Time structures you as the master of your body, and is determined by you. Hunger signals are "not" coming from you, but are coming from the Bactervira - a separate species - millions of them - clones - signaling you to eat because that is their nature, but not yours. They live in another universe not your own - a universe in another dimension - their world is very different from yours. They do not realize you are suffering because they "expect" you to take control, but you failed to perform your part of the structure of order.
Knowledge was meant to be shared. No single person has "all" the knowledge about everything. When everyone shares knowledge, then we begin to see the big picture. You did not know about how to control feelings of hunger. But, those of us who do are now sharing that with you. Somewhere along the line we learned, and just take it for granted that everyone knew, but you did not know. Now you do.
Learn to be hungry without responding.
The greatest meal is that eaten when you are really hungry. Hunger is okay and we experience hunger several times a day, but only respond according to our health plan. The Bactervira will signal you to feed them 24 hours a day if you do not take control. Do not let your life be controlled by another species. You determine who you are, and you control them. Now, you begin an exercise plan in conjunction with a healthy diet plan such as the "Stoic Weight Loss Plan" or maintaining your fatness with healthy foods - permanently.
No longer will the Bactervira control you, but now - right now - you begin controlling them. That is why you have been unhappy, that is why you felt out of control - that is why you did not feel like this was really you. It does not mean that you have to be skinny or look like someone else. All you want to do is be you.
Finding yourself is the most important thing anyone can do. Becoming a real person means discovering who your are and taking control over your health. That out-of-control feeling is coming from millions of Bactervira, and now you will discover the true source of the real "you" and how wonderful it is.
Fat and Healthy
The Japanese Sumo Wrestlers are an example of people who are fat and healthy. They are on a very strict diet and are very strong with regular exercise in a structured plan.
Thus, both fat and healthy is the requirement. You cannot fulfill your destiny of fatness unless you are also healthy.
You need to set out in writing a detailed regimen:
1. Healthy, nutritious menu with lots of salads daily.
2. Exercise - light and regular three times a week, such as walking at least 5 blocks.
3. Once, only, per week, you may eat anything, but in reasonable amounts.
4. Keep a stock of food and water for emergency events since that is the purpose of your fat storage.
When you realize that you can be both fat and healthy, then you will feel good about yourself and know that even though society does not understand, you now realize that you hold a very important place in the natural order of God the Force.
Fat Birds
I was in Hawaii studying the flora and fauna. I became close friends with the doves. And I thought, if being fat has a beneficial biological purpose of survival, then I should see a fat bird, but I did not.
Then one day, as I was feeding the doves, there appeared on the rooftop, a very fat dove. The other doves were feeding it to keep it fat. Most of us have seen mother birds feeding the baby bird, but the birds in Hawaii, all that I have observed, all feed each other beak-to-beak even when grown.
Thus, the theory that fat has a purpose is evidenced in another species, the doves. But, understand, the dove ate healthy food, and, thus, the purpose of survival during times of famine quite certainly is biologically driven.
The key to remember is that if you are going to be fat, then you must choose healthy food and exercise since you could have been chosen for the grand purpose of survival of humanity.
